Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 April 2026

Summary

offshoreamp.com is primarily a static website: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files delivered over the internet. In its baseline configuration it does not require you to log in, does not maintain its own user database for visitors, and does not process real-money gambling. This Privacy policy explains what kinds of information could be involved when you browse, when you email us, or when you later connect optional services (such as analytics or a live contact backend).

Data controller

The operator responsible for this Site is the project team publishing offshoreamp.com. For privacy requests, contact privacy@offshoreamp.com. If the Site is forked or re-hosted by another organisation, that organisation becomes the controller for its deployment and should replace this section with its own legal identity and contact details.

Information we do not intentionally collect in the baseline build

Simply loading pages from the static bundle does not, by itself, create an account, profile, or gambling history on our servers—because we do not operate those backend systems in the default configuration. We do not ask for government ID, payment card numbers, or health records through the Site as currently designed.

Communications you initiate

If you email us, we receive your address, message content, and technical metadata that mail servers normally add (such as routing headers). We use that information only to read and respond to your enquiry, unless a separate lawful basis applies (for example, a legal obligation to retain certain correspondence). The demo contact form on this Site currently displays a browser-only confirmation and does not transmit data to our servers until you connect a backend; disclose that processing clearly when you enable it.

Hosting, security, and logs

Web hosting companies and content delivery networks typically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. Those providers act as processors under their own agreements. Retention periods and subprocessors depend on the host you choose; review their documentation before production launch.

Cookies and similar technologies

The baseline theme does not rely on first-party advertising cookies. Third-party services you embed—such as Google Fonts, analytics scripts, or embedded video—may set or read cookies or use browser storage according to their policies. You can self-host fonts, avoid optional embeds, or implement a consent banner if your audience requires one.

Optional analytics

If you add measurement tools, you may process online identifiers and usage events that qualify as personal data in many jurisdictions. Update this policy to name each vendor, describe purposes and retention, and provide opt-out or consent mechanisms as required where your visitors live.

Legal bases (EU / UK illustration)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we would typically rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the Site, on contract where a message you send initiates a request we fulfil, and on consent for non-essential cookies or marketing where required. This description is illustrative; obtain jurisdiction-specific advice before relying on it in compliance documentation.

International transfers

Servers and subprocessors may be located outside your country, including in the United States or other jurisdictions with different privacy laws. When required, use standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms and document your assessment.

Retention

Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s default schedule unless you configure shorter retention. Email correspondence should be kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal or insurance requirements, then deleted or anonymised according to your internal policy.

Security

We follow reasonable practices for a static site—HTTPS, access-controlled hosting accounts, and minimal attack surface because there is no visitor database in the default build. No online system is perfectly secure; never send passwords or full financial details by email.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise rights related to offshoreamp.com, email privacy@offshoreamp.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond within timelines required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents: if your deployment meets applicable thresholds, you may need to describe CCPA/CPRA rights (access, deletion, opt-out of sale/share, correction, limitation of use of sensitive data) and provide designated methods. This template does not replace California-specific legal review.

Children

The Site discusses adult gambling themes and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority. If you believe a child has provided data through a misconfigured form, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy policy when features, hosts, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” line at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
